FlowSeg is a product family to easily control the flow of any number of gases and fluids. The flows can be mixed together to form dynamic mixtures, segmented in preprogrammed profiles. One software controls all devices with volumetric, mass, and partial pressure information on all components at any time.
The system is modular, allowing user to add just as many devices to control gases and fluids as is needed, and to obtain more compatible devices at later time if and when needed.

FSG = Gas

FSF = Fluid
- Any low-viscosity fluid
- Lowest dispense resolution 0.5 nl
- Dispense speed from infinitely low upto 150 ml/min (per fluid)
Steam / Evaporation
- Heated evaporator upto 600ºC with high throughput (pure steam, high pressure)
- Ultrasound, piezoelectric, membrane evaporator
Devices and form factor
- Unlimited devices can be combined with USB, their outputs separate or connected together to form any mixture
- Mixtures (also dynamic mixtures) as inputs (for redilution)
- All device models have small footprint: 11x20x23 cm and 16x27x27 cm.
- All devices work with inherently safe, low DC voltage and include power adapters globally suitable (110 or 230 VAC, 50 or 60 Hz)
Software
- Direct control of any connected device; mass flow controllers and fluid pumps
- Unlimited segment programs with ramps and step for each device
- Software calculates partial pressures, masses, and volumes in standard and user-defined reference conditions
- Flows are logged as text and graph on screen and on disk
- Each device has it's own program thread and parallel communication, enabling large setups to be operated from one software without lag
